Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2025

1. Booking Cancellation

Shyam Stay PG offers limited refunds on cancellations. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us via call or email at least 72 hours before the check-in date.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 100% refund if cancellation is made more than 7 days before the check-in date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is made 3–7 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in.

3. Mode of Refund

All eligible refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

4. No Show Policy

If the guest does not show up on the scheduled check-in date and fails to inform us in advance, no refund will be issued.

5. Early Check-Out

Guests choosing to leave before their confirmed check-out date will not be eligible for any refund for the unused days.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds under special circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.) may be considered at our discretion upon proof and written request.
